IOWA - OCT 28 AT 11:00 on ESPNU
This week the Huskies (5-3, 3-2 MAC) take on the University of Iowa Hawkeyes (5-3, 2-3 BIG 10). The Hawkeyes were ranked in the top 25 all season until this week when they lost to #2 Michigan. NIU and Iowa have one common opponent, #1 Ohio State. NIU lost to OSU 35-12 and Iowa lost to them 38-17.The game starts at 11:00 and the Fatty's Tailgate will start at 8:00...I assume. We need to make a decision on when we're going to leave. I know some of the guys (Har, Joe and Ham) are staying at the hotel listed below. If we leave Saturday morning, it's about a 2-1/2 hour drive so we'll need to leave DeKalb around 5:00. It looks like Wiggy is out so he's trying to find someone to buy his ticket. Mark's not sure if he's going. It depends on when Diane has the baby...it's not looking like he'll make it.

Any idea where are seats are?
I have the tickets... section 110, row 16.
JB and Vals...should we look into leaving Friday night or stick with the original plan of driving Saturday morning? Har, Ham and Joe will be going Friday.
I would prefer to leave Friday, but like Carl I probably will be unable to get off work early. So the earliest I would be ready to leave from Dekalb would be around 5:00PM.
Also I picked up the Fatty passes last night. Novak was walking in as I was walking out.
I just booked a room at the travelodge.
Har said they were planning on leaving around 5:30 which would be the same time as us. I told him we might leave earlier if JB gets off from work and Har said they might be able to leave earlier as well.
Anything to report on ticket availability? I've had a few nibbles but nothing confirmed. As I suspected, the $90 price tag causes some folks to cringe...
I am planning on heading into work Friday morning around 5:30 so hopefully I will be able to leave around 2:30. I should be ready to leave DeKalb between 3:15 & 3:30.
The weather is looking pretty good for Saturday.
