Hurd Catching on Fast

Sam Hurd has been getting some attention at Cowboys camp.

You didn't hear Sam Hurd's name called during ESPN's two-day coverage of the 2006 NFL draft, but don't be surprised if the Cowboys rookie wide receiver pops up on ESPN's "SportsCenter" on a regular basis this season.

Hurd, who played his college football at Northern Illinois, has been the best receiver at the Cowboys training camp over the first two weeks, making spectacular catches and displaying maturity well beyond his years.
