The sophomore tailback's status for the year is up in the air. Clanton could be lost for the season after tearing his meniscus in Northern Illinois' 31-13 victory over Buffalo. Clanton, who is Garrett Wolfe's backup, ran for 93 yards and one touchdown (58 yards) on 10 carries.
